I am constantly tweaking and improving this program. I'm hoping to accomplish a lot in 2009 for Page Professional. Through the years, I have realized that i need to create a more robust transfer of data, as when people have crummy internet connections, such as my self, file transfers can be challenging.

This programs birth was modest to say the least. Back in 1995 a programming buddy of mine and I needed a way of relaying quick messages to each other. A simple program was written that would just listen on a TCP port, and anyone could telnet to that port, and type a one line message, hit return, and that message would be sent to that person and then the connection would be dummped. Simple Huh! Well, as many will tell you, it surely didn't stop there. I expanded on the program for ease of keeping in touch with close friends, family and co-workers. Why didn't i just use one of the free chat programs out there? Well, i didn't wish to be a marketing participant! nor did I wish to deal with Spy ware, and Ad ware. I also didn't want everything I typed to my friends logged on some server for eternity. (Which they ARE!) Page Professional has NONE of that.

SIP my Contacts is an SIP protocol registration program. It will register with up to 10 SIP servers. A SIP client basically is utilized for VOICE communication. This program isn't for everyone. This program is for those that are already involved in SIP internet based telephony, and want to get the most bang for their buck. An example of use. You have a SIP phone. Its usually registered to only one service. With SIPmyContacts, you can register an additional 10 services, and tell the services to call you on that SIP phone. This way, Any of those 11 services can call into that one phone. Many of the FREE sip clients will only register to one service at a time.

My biggest project ever. I've devoted the past few years to this project, which has been commissioned by LogicBuilt based in San Diego. Manage It is a property management software that is an apartment manager's best friend. Fully featured includes General Ledger, Cash or Accrual, AP, AR, Budgeting, Hand Check Auditing, Automated Journal Transfer, Defined Charges, Void/Rewrite Checks, Re-occurring Payables, Re-occurring Charges, Bank Reconciliation with drill down, Automated Late & NSF Fees, Mass Charge Function, Defined Item Type for Vendor Payables, Multiple property, Multiple bank and the list goes on.

I have been heavily involved in Rent Right for well over a year. Essentiall, as head developer, this product has become my new baby. Older versions are bug fixed, and a new improved version, yet to be released, was re-written on a new platform with plans of bringing the product back into main stream. I am VERY proud of the work I did on this new project. I look forward to seeing it go to market.
